Ryusho is a premium sake crafted by Nekka brewery in Fukushima to bring the joy of sake to the world. Inspired by the ancient Chinese banquet tradition of "Ryu Sho," where drinking was a shared celebration, it is designed to be “enjoyed by everyone."
Brewed with Yume-no-Kaori rice from the brewery’s own fields and pure spring water, it offers a refined, smooth taste with a vibrant aroma tailored for global palates. A patented brewing method preserves its aroma and balance, even at room temperature, making it ideal for export without compromising its quality. Additionally, the centuries-old Hashira Jochu technique, involving the addition of in-house distilled shochu, enhances depth and fragrance, creating a uniquely layered profile.
Certified Vegan, Ryusho is brewed without animal-derived fining agents, ensuring a pure, ethically crafted sake that blends tradition with innovation. Rooted in its local community yet crafted for the world, Ryusho connects people globally through the joy of sake.
