Shipping policy
Delivery Locations:
- We currently offer delivery services within Singapore only.
Shipping Charges:
- Free delivery on all orders over $120, unless stated otherwise.
- For orders below $120, a delivery charge of $18 will be applied.
Order Processing and Delivery Time:
- Orders placed Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and delivered the following business day.
Delivery Timings:
- Deliveries will occur between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- If nobody is home when we attempt to deliver your items, we will contact you to arrange another delivery time. A $18 delivery fee will be charged for each subsequent standard delivery attempt.
- For special instructions or requests (such as specific delivery timings), please include them in the "Add Note" section before checkout. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
