Nekka Shochu is a premium rice shochu from Nekka LLC, one of Japan's smallest and most dedicated distilleries, located in the serene mountain town of Tadami, Fukushima Prefecture. Established in 2016 by a group of local rice farmers, Nekka embodies a deep commitment to sustainability and community, overseeing the entire production process from rice cultivation to distillation.
Made from locally grown rice, Nekka Shochu boasts a rich fragrance and pronounced rice flavor.
