Te to Te Junmai Ginjo Autumn ver. is a special limited-edition sake from Naminooto Brewery in Shiga, brewed under the Te to Te philosophy—connecting people through the warmth of handcrafted sake, from the brewers’ hands to yours.
For this release, the brewer embraced experimentation by doubling the ratio of kōji—a bold step that unlocked a deeper expression of umami. The result is a rich, well-rounded sake with beautifully layered sweetness, acidity, and savory depth.
With its mellow body and subtle savoury undertones, this sake shines when served at room temperature (~20 °C) or gently warmed (~50 °C), where its complexity comes alive. It complements richly flavoured dishes such as grilled eel (unagi kabayaki), teriyaki chicken, perfect for outdoor gatherings, izakaya dining or relaxed home evenings.
