Go Terrace is a refined and contemporary Junmai Daiginjo crafted by Tsunan Sake Brewery in Niigata, known for its dramatic river terraces — vast stepped plateaus shaped by centuries of snowfall, meltwater, and natural erosion. These terraces are home to Uonuma-grown Koshihikari, one of Japan’s most celebrated rice varieties, and the very grain used to brew this sake.
Brewed with locally cultivated Koshihikari and pure snowmelt spring water sourced from deep in the mountains of Tsunan, Go Terrace offers a clean and modern expression of Niigata sake. Expect gentle fruit aroma, soft sweetness, fine umami, and a refreshingly smooth finish. The sake is crafted to pair comfortably with a wide range of dishes, from simple seafood to contemporary international cuisine.
