Clean | Juicy | Fruity
A seasonal release, Yoakemae Junmai Ginjo Ki-ippon Nama is a namazake (unpasteurized fresh sake) from Ono Brewery in Nagano Prefecture, crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo, polished to 55%. Bottled immediately after pressing, this sake captures the vibrant essence of freshly brewed sake, resulting in a highly aromatic, lively, and invigorating drinking experience.
As the flagship of Yoakemae’s Ki-ippon series, this sake delivers a bright ginjo aroma, a smooth yet energetic texture, and a refined elegance beneath its youthful vibrancy. A delicate, natural effervescence tingles on the palate, enhancing its fresh, fruit-forward profile. While it carries the bold freshness of a Namazake, its balanced, soft texture and clean finish make it irresistibly drinkable and refreshing.
※ Namazake (生酒) commonly have fresher, fruitier taste, whereas normal pasteurized Sake is more subtle and soft flavor.
